JOB DESCRIPTION

We seek a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the daily operations of our home healthcare facility, ensuring the delivery of top-notch neonatal care services. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a passion for improving patient outcomes.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the home healthcare facility.
2. Ensure compliance with DHA’s regulations and standards.
3. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, in sync with DHA’s and Management’s requirements
4. Oversee the recruitment, training, and performance of healthcare staff.
5. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care provided to neonatal patients.
6. Collaborate with medical professionals and families to create individualized care plans.
7. Manage budgets, resources, and inventory to ensure efficient operations.
8. Address and resolve any operational issues promptly.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, Nursing, or a related field.
2. Female applicants, with command over English and Arabic Languages preferred.
3. Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably managing a home-care facility in the UAE, preferably Dubai / Abu Dhabi.
4. Strong understanding of neonatal care and healthcare regulations.
5. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Proficiency in healthcare management software and tools.
