Our client, a home healthcare centre located near the Mall of Emirates, Dubai, is looking to hire a Nurse Educator, specialised in Neonatal Nursing Training, to support their newborn and Mother Care Services across the UAE, based in Dubai. The position is urgent, and you are encouraged to apply appropriately with all the documents as requested below.

THE ROLE

The primary role of the Neonatal Nurse Educator is to train a team of 6-8 nurses and midwives, ensuring they effectively perform neonatal nursing duties in compliance with DHA norms. The educator must be proficient in continuous training and skill enhancement within neonatal services, ensuring the team delivers high-quality, evidence-based care to newborns and their families.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Develop and implement both, clinical and non-clinical programs to ensure optimal neonatal care, patient safety, and quality care.
• Collaborate with doctors and clinical leadership to set educational program goals and address training needs.
• Planning and teaching curriculum.
• Lecture and facilitate class discussions.
• Oversee independent study.
• Being the Nurse Supervisor
• Evaluate and grade Nurse’s work.
• Serve as a mentor and role model.

REQUIREMENT

• 3-5 years of Neonatal Training Experience
• Must possess strong interpersonal, organizational and administration skills, passion for upskilling self and people around, and ability to work well in a team.
• Must possess an excellent command of English & Tagalog

LICENSE

• DHA – Registered Nurse
• & Have cleared the Philippine Nurse Licensure Examination (PNLE)
• With 3-5 years of Neonatal Nursing Training Experience
• Female Registered Nurse Only

COMPENSATION

• Salary and perks are negotiable and above market rates
